Johnson Joins Genex as Dairy Procurement Specialist
SHAWANO, Wis. - Darin Johnson has recently accepted the position of Dairy Procurement Specialist for Genex Cooperative, Inc. In his new role, Johnson will work within the Dairy Genetics and Global Alliance Division to acquire dairy bulls and embryos.
Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in dairy science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and brings with him extensive experience in the dairy industry, having grown up on Elm Mound Farms of Bangor, Wis. He has been an active member of the Wisconsin Holstein Association, participated in dairy judging at the state and national levels, and volunteered at numerous national Holstein convention and show events. In his most recent position, he served dairy farmers in southeast Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas as a Regional Field Representative for Holstein Association, USA.
