Heikes Elected Vice Chairman of Industry Organization 

SHAWANO, Wis. - Keith Heikes of Genex Cooperative, Inc. was elected Vice Chairman of the National Association of Animal Breeders at the organization's annual convention this past August.

Heikes is a 30-year veteran of the cattle genetics industry. He currently serves as the Genex Vice President of Dairy Genetics & Global Alliance Development. His previous role was Vice President of International Marketing.

Genex is a subsidiary of Cooperative Resources International (CRI), a member-owned holding cooperative. The mission statement summarizes the goal of CRI: "To provide products and services as effectively as possible to maximize the profitability of members and customers worldwide while maintaining a strong cooperative."
