Exciting New GenChoiceTM Sires

SHAWANO, Wis. - New August releases 1HO8407 ROZEL, 1HO8415 JACKSON and 1HO8301 HARVUE join the 26 proven Holstein sires already in Genex Cooperative, Inc.'s GenChoiceTM sexed semen lineup. These three sires, all over +2.00 PTA Type, offer appealing opportunities with 90 percent heifer calves and clearly complement the profit-packed lineup.

ROZEL possesses an outstanding +2.13 PTAT with powerful production (+1970 PTA Milk), attractive health traits and easy calvings. This Finley son out of Clear-Echo Decisn L-Rac 505, VG-86, VG-MS, GMD, DOM, debuts at +$417 Lifetime Net Merit in the 86 percentile and at +1737 on the top 100 TPITM list.

Udder excitement defines Morty son JACKSON, just as it did his dam C&M-R-Run Storm Joy-ET, VG-88, EX-MS, DOM. Ranked number four among active Holstein sires for Udder Composite at +3.30,  JACKSON's most notable linear udder traits include +4.2 fore udder attachment, +4.6 rear udder height, +4.2 rear udder width and +3.0 udder depth. JACKSON's +2.32 PTAT and +2.74 Foot & Leg Composite complete the package.

HARVUE is a Morty son out of Harvue Rudolph Kama, EX-90, EX-MS, who produced nearly 40,000 pounds of milk at three years of age. This balanced production and type sire improves conformation (+2.67 PTAT), feet and legs (+1.94 Foot & Leg Comp.) and sires phenomenal udders (+2.1 fore udder attachment, +3.0 rear udder height and +3.0 rear udder width).

More heifers can add to your bottom line for expansion, merchandising or improving your herd's genetic level. Look for the best value on these and other GenChoice sires at the Genex booth at World Dairy Expo (coliseum, arena level).
