Ten Individuals Complete Genex Training Program

SHAWANO, Wis. - Ten new Genex Cooperative, Inc. employees from across the country are now trained and ready to improve farm profitability. After completing an extensive two-week training course at Genex headquarters in Shawano, Wis., these new employees have taken on exciting careers in the artificial insemination (A.I.) industry.

The training program prepared these individuals through detailed classroom sessions focusing on genetics, reproduction, business management procedures and Genex programs. They also experienced hands-on training in cattle A.I., estrus detection and synchronization programs.

Upon completion of the training program, the new employees serve in various capacities. Whether their position entails daily reproductive service, reproductive consulting or direct sales, they are ready to help producers improve their reproductive and genetic programs.

Several of the new employees serve as District or Regional Service Coordinators. The new District or Regional Service Coordinators include Virginia Sheridan, Friedens, Pa.; Gerard Kaiser, Mosinee, Wis.; Brandon Mielke, Black Creek, Wis.; Jeremy Young, Green Bay, Wis.; Aaron Wimmler, Waldo, Wis.; and Jason Rothen, Whalen, Minn.

Market Development Associates provide daily A.I. services as well as receive training in support functions for reproduction and genetics programs. New Market Development Associates include Brooke Counts, Painted Post, N.Y.; Dan Garbes, Greene, Iowa; and Brandon Meddaugh, Dodgeville, Wis.
