Testing for Arthrogryposis Multiplex (AM) and Neurophathic Hydrocephalus (NH)
To obtain a beef DNA testing kit, contact Genex Customer Service at 888-333-1783. Please provide the number of hair or blood cards needed. Included in the testing kit will be hair and/or blood cards, sample collection instructions, test submission form, preprinted Genex return envelope, and terms and conditions.

If you have previously tested an animal for AM and would like to test the same animal for NH, your previous sample can be pulled for testing. Complete the form below and fax to "Attn: Beef DNA Testing" at 715-526-3219. Payment will be needed at the time of ordering, so credit card or Farm Plan will work with this method.
