To obtain a beef DNA testing kit, contact Genex Customer Service at
888-333-1783. Please provide the number of hair or blood cards needed. Included in the testing kit will be hair and/or blood cards, sample collection instructions, test submission form, preprinted Genex return envelope, and terms and conditions.

If you have previously submitted a sample to GeneSeek for another genetic defect test, your sample can be pulled and used for a second test in most cases. Complete the form below and fax to "Attn: Beef DNA Testing" at 715-526-3219. Payment will be needed at the time of ordering.
